Buffalo, NY

 Buffalo, NY is often picked on but it does have access to Niagara falls (it was raining hard that day) and we got to see the naval museum downtown.  My cousin's kids just wanted to run all over the ships but I really enjoyed seeing the USS Sullivans and USS Little Rock.  The USS Little Rock is a Cleveland Class cruiser that was refitted with a multi-component Nuclear Missile but it had to be assembled before each shot.  Quite a bit of tech that was so modern when commissioned but quickly outdated.   Finally, behind my cousin Ned and I is the USS Croaker, a Gato class submarine.  It was much colder than expected so I wore my cousin's clothes.
