Grilling park, it seemed like a fairy tale

Aww come on Jerome
|
Our split day. Dallas would head back to Boise in Micah's truck to pick up the Cruze (yaaay). I would head South with the Bounder with EP to head towards our destination for that day. We had a mission to pick up our Amazon locker in Jerome then to Buhl for our campground. On the way to Jerome, I saw what looked like an axe wound in the earth. We beelined back to it for a grill picnic in a gorgeous park (that was completely empty). I made absurdly good
sausages (EP ate 2). Afterwards, I took a very sleepy baby as close as I was willing to get (probably 30 feet from the edge). It was still terrifying and beautiful at the same time. EP, Sasha, the Bounder and I rolled south to join Dallas at
Miracle Hot Springs. We soaked while EP squeaked with delight and played with some middle aged women next to us. We curled up into the Bounder for
reading storytime after a beautiful night.
