Leg 9- May 11- Port Louisa, IA

D, EP and the Iowa River
Today, the Bounder stayed with the repair people.  We decided to explore the area and found wonderful lookouts of the Iowa River.  It was a gorgeous day with more birds flying around they we are used to back East.  Sycamore trees dominate the landscape and I don't think I've ever seen them so large.  EP has now eaten grass in 8 states.  An owl totally flew overhead but EP missed it as she was furiously trying to eat her own hat. Dal and I forgot her baby carrier so we got creative on how she got carried today.
That's right EP, Dad is cool
