EP and The Bounder: Leg 8- May 8- Table Grove, IL

Life on the road lets you meet lots of new folks. I met a lovely couple today, Adam and Jessica (or Jennifer, oh goodness, i can't quite remember). They are on their way to baby number 2 and Adam is a sober person. We chatted for a good long while and it was great to just bump into folks at campgrounds (which seems to happen a lot). We took to the open road of Illinois. If you have not been to central Illinois, well, it's very flat. Dallas was on the phone for work while EP was asleep so I had to focus on staying awake by singing to myself and getting really excited when I saw barns I liked. Speaking of Barnes, we found out he and his children have been following us on a map in his basement. Later in the afternoon, the road was empty and wide so Dallas took her first real spin behind the wheel of the Bounder; it sure felt good to relax in the back for once.
