Cranes & Sunrises

So I had to get up impossibly early to move my car that I had left at a bar. In doing so, I climbed to the top of the hill outside my hotel just as the sun was peaking over the horizon. I thought it was kind of awesome how the light had poked up so far to illuminate the distant landscape but still left the area directly in front of me absolutely pitch dark. Later that day I saw a tower crane being moved and I always wondered what those sections looked like when they were not assembled. Also, you can see a lumber truck in front of me and I'm always terrified one of those will slip off and impale me. Hence I changed lanes as soon as the opportunity arose.
