Dented Airplane

I dunno how nobody else noticed this or thought anything of it but my plane from Colorado had a huge dent in the side right near the horizontal stabilizer. I asked a few people at the counter if this was okay and they said it was but I still wasn't feeling very good about getting the plane. We landed in OKC with only a lot of turbulence so I suppose my fears were unfounded?
