Yes he is the ladies man

After getting lost twice on a 2 block trip to bars, Capito decided to pull a line from his extensive repertoire, the line; "watch this". He then went over and, in what I assumed would be hilarity, hit on this girl. In reality, it appears as though he pursues, the talk a moment, then she either leans in for a kiss or leans over to fart. Either way, her friends ended up snatching her away (why do they do that?) then Capito passed out on the arm of the chair. I had to go wake him up.
